Not the rich part. I can agree that liberals love to attack the rich. But the "famous" part? Liberals seem to forget that their fame usually brings fortune. The business aspect of the fame game is often conveniently overlooked due to their positions. Look at all the leftie hollywood types who bash big business. Do you think they go to their shanties and cry themselves to sleep on hard pillows?
Doing one good deed doesn't erase the bad you do. I would gladly take higher property value and piece of mind over a glass of iced tea.
How about you?

Wow,
Throw political views into the mix, and suddenly more excuses come up.
Now the guy is incapable of making his own decisions?
Why? Have I failed to complete my obligations per the social contract? Do I impede my neighbor's quality of life?
Seems like a rich guy who gives out iced teas and says "hi" but in the mean time uses underhanded tactics to leverage other homeowners out of their properties gets the "bye" from the lefties on this site.

How can you refer to me as juvenile with a pedant post such as this? Honestly, this is a case study for politics, I suppose.
Liberal: It is ok. The man gave something to charity, so he is free to do as he wishes. If he endorses Obama, perhaps he should have the Nobel prize?
Conservative: Hold the man accountable for his actions. Past philanthropy should not detract from obligations and resposibilites.
And, then there is, "If all else fails, and I am proven wrong in my posts, tell someone to "blow away" and go cry to my birkenstock wearing klansmen".
Which are you?

Ah, I see.
That excuses him from fulfilling all other social obligations. If Jonas Salk killed puppies for a hobby, would you have also said, "but he saved mankind from polio, what is a puppy or two"? It doesn't matter if you do great things, it is the bad things you do to affect others you will be remembered for.

Sure is~! Wow. 1 minute.
If you are Japanese and Rich, you can piss down the backs of some people and they will truly believe it is raining. If this was someone named "hilton" or "trump" there would be a call for heads to roll.

Looks like this topic had been under the eye, so I will be polite.

Actually, his books are pretty interesting if you just want something to read. Lately, he has been touching on a few more social topics, but all in all I think they are better than a lot of authors out there.
As far as writing about lawyers, you tend to write what you know. I prefer him staying in the boundries of knowledge than venturing helter skelter like Dan Brown and having to skew plausible reality to create good fiction.
In my opinion, the best fiction is the kind happening around you every day, just skewed 4 degrees.

But, daaayyyuuuummm. (Imagine Will Smith saying it)
She looks like a Mrs. Potato head. All the features are there, but they are not proportionate to each other.
Normally, I'd say I would rather throw my junk into a cheese grater, but with her mandible of death, it would be splitting hairs.

Hmmm,
So many ways I can go with this:
First off. Wooohoooo! Yay for JT finally digging deep and pulling out the honest to goodness porn star card! Since I was off yesterday, this is my Monday, and nothing says "happy Monday" like a big ol' hot cup o' porno to kick off a new week. (that is an honest statement, no sarcasm intended, don't judge me you have your vices, I have mine).
Second, Next time can we make it a hot one?
Third, If they kept their privates in their pants, it would be another aids reduction device. Kind of like having Putin on a WWF poster, eh?
Fourth. Well there is no fourth. I will let it rest with the WOO-HOO and the obvious contradiction.
Good week to you all!

Sounds like a "movie of the week" on lifetime. The difference between you and him was YOU HAD A HOME! You are the first poster I have seen trying to work his way DOWN the foodchain. You are telling me you were envious of a homeless wino because he had a few bucks?
Way to qualify a post. I can use it as a comparison for all future posts, and I have truly re-evaluted my life. Last year I made 59,000 usd, but after my house payment, vacations, rounds of golf, and dinners out with my wife, I had precious little money to sit in vacant lots and dring pinoit grigio (i hate chablis). What a wasted life i live!

I guess you would prefer that sat out in the Gulf in a rowboat holding up a paddle telling Katrina that she wasn't welcome here.

Only in Japan.
A person can be singled out and denied rights due to their nationality, but if you slice off your junk and get fake funbags you can be a celebrity?
Now she can follow all the "okama talent" and go on daytime talk shows spouting their relationship advice.

Who cares her state? She still has more qualifications than the Democratic Nominee.
Did you see James C. on Larry King? King was totally trying to prop up Obama, but couldn't when experience came into the pic, so he changed subjects really quick.

I disagree with you partially, Joe.
I don't see how the state is a concern. What makes any of us in the position to disregard due to the position within the union? She has the highest popularity of any Governor, Dem or Repub.
I appreciate your point though.
