I am sorry rickyliow, but there is no justifiable reason to take the two kids with her. As for burdening the father in raising the kids by himself is not a logic excuse. I am sure there are extended family, such as Aunts, Uncles and Grandparents. I am very sad about the loss of two young innocent lives
The kids had no choice where as the woman made a very conscience decision

What is the definition of fluent? I read in an article Lucy Liu of Charlie's Angels fame is suppose to speak three languages. In my mind being able to say "konichi wa" does not qualify as "speaking" a language.
I don't think anyone can be "fluent" in 4 or more languages. Unless it's French, Italian or Spanish or mabye Norweigian, Swedish or Danish.
There is a difference in being fluent and proficient in a language. I am fluent in 2 and proficent in a third.

Sad, where are the parents? If my 16 year old was sporting the latest fashion, LV handbags and such, I think I'd ask how she got the cash. That's quite a lot of money for a 16 year old 20K X 20, that's close to 4 Grand USD.
Also how good is sex with a 16 year old, the 38 year old must have the concept because she is young she is disease free as most Asian men think of young working girls. That is why child prositution is such a problem, especially in delveloping nations when young girls are forced into it.
As for this 16 year old girl I feel bad she lives in a society that feeds off of materialism.

Question, if these two ladies were Caucasian, would they have been handled the same way? My guess is not. The J cops would be too intimidated to try and harass Caucasian women. Also there are many illegal aliens here in Japan and not just Asians. Probably there are some from your country romlus3.
For a country who is trying to attract more foreign tourist under the BS "Yokoso Japan" campaign they are not doing a good job, even if Japan is not an English speaking country there should be an effort to communicate in English. It is a shame English is mandatory from middle school to high school, 6 years, 6 freakin' years and Japan is not an English speaking country. Pathetic ! Technically Singapore is not an English speaking country.
Of course Shinjuku Police will decline to discuss the matter.

How many times have I offered my seat to a person who needed it more than me and have caused a minor scene when the person refuses. One time I told a slouch of a kid sitting there with a pregnant woman's belly in front of him, after I told him to ass up his seat and when he complied the pregnant woman refused the seat. How stupid do I look? There are times when I lie and say it's ok,I am getting off at the next station. It'a all about saving face!
