Technically Japan isn`t allowed to stockpile the bombs, but components are big business here.

and currently economic situation suggests that japan is under no threat from anyone.

The Chinese Government has responded very fast, with the mobilization of several thousand troops and aid arriving with in 24 hours of the disaster. I must say good on them for responding that quickly, even though a disaster this magnitude, the logistics must be a nightmare.…
