I forgot to say this in my above comment. I don't understand why they make their shoes with black tape and paint. Can't they just buy pointed leather shoes instead of tape and attach a point to regular shoes?

I agree with 'dagbrown', they are not an "Elvis troupe". I think I was on the other side of this picture when it was taken b/c I was there Sunday watching these same guys, along with a woman who was doing interpretive dance and another group of 50s/60s poodle skirt dancers. While I admire them for doing what they want and letting loose, I also they think they look sort of like pained wannabes. But, oh well, what can you do?

I agree with the above poster about how they raise their children here. Respect for your elders, respect for your parents--ha! what a joke!! My cats have more respect for their elders than the kids here.

I have to agree that Tokyo is a joke as far as the culinary capital of the world---as someone else said, you can't find a decent taco or gyro without having to trek to some back alley, low-rent place probably on the 5th floor of a crumbling building. All the Indian food I've had here is like MSG-laced baby food that ends up giving me a migraine later. Like every other place: small portions, medium taste, high prices.

I also can't understand why someone would wear a belt when there is no waistline. Anyway, it disgusts me this show is so popular here and every where else it seems.

Women that age should never wear their skirt length above the knee (or showing the knee for that matter). For the love of Pete, please cover yourself woman and learn some self-respect!!!
