    Heh they should have forbidden the Americans to pray in Iraq... You guys killed many innocent lives there... And it is not in far away history.

    More people have died in the name of Christianity then in the name of Allah...

    Well... these people have needs. If the girls aren't forced to do it... and can get paid. I see no problem in it whatsoever. Actually... There should be more companies like this.

    Homosexual marriage, adoption,... has been legalized in my country for years. Unlike America, nobody makes a big deal about it... Not even the catholic or Muslim community seems to mind. Why not let those people be happy. They don't hurt anyone by getting married.

    Tbh... we would laugh at our politicians who would make a big deal out of this. Or saying idiotic things like 'allowing them to do so takes away our freedom (from what??)'.

    Just let those people get married, have a happy life... and focus on more important things.

    @cleao Actually the imperial family hasn't been to Okinawa 1x since the end of WWII. The Okinawans are pissed about that... well they have been the Japanese outcast for years. But I'm sure it would do tourism a great deal if they went at least 1x.

    And eve if it were true that Japan didn't capitalize before the bombs... It was still not the right thing to do. (Even Eisenhower thought it wasn't necessary)

    How would the American's feel when the Iraqi people would send bombs and missiles to your country? (although it has proven that they didn't have any) That war was wrong, right? Many innocent deaths... people still die every day because of it... And it is NOT going to end any time soon... So if I listen to the American point of view on the Atom bombs... Bombing America to stop the war would be the correct thing to do, right?

    I am a history major... and...

    NO IT WAS NOT NECESSARY AT ALL!!!

    Actually Japan surrendered before the 2 bombs dropped. 2 times actually. First they wanted to surrender but negotiate not only with the US but with other countries, like the USSR, as well.... America didn't like that. They just didn't want to give the Russians any power. The second time they wanted to surrender on 1 condition, 'that the imperial family wouldn't be thrown off the throne'. The US didn't even comment on this request... and just bombed them.

    Reason= Show the Russians what they can do.

    There are many articles about this. Many reliable documents. But in the US... they prefer to teach the people lies, like the fact that it was necessary... (Hmm... atom bombs in Iraq, anyone?)

    Tbh... I don't even want to try to understand why Americans still believe in their government, and what they are told.

    I live in the town next to the accident and was in the train before the ones that collided. So it is a really big shock to me.

    This needs to be corrected in the article: It is not king Baudouin, he passed away years ago. Albert II is the ruling king now.

    @chotto: It were no high speed trains, it were inter City trains that do not run that fast.
