I don't know why they're calling it mini DV, as many above have mentioned that it means something completely different. Checking out the website, it records mov files using h.264 compression to microSDHC cards. No mention of frame rates, but the sample video looks pretty smooth, probably 30fps, although quite a bit more jiggly than GoPro, which you can expect for the price

wild ganja party? that sounds like some scare line from a PTA or police poster. legalize it and turn japan into a major tourist spot. probably reduce suicides and many other positive benefits as well. japan would be a great place to be a stoner: lots of public transit, konbini everywhere, okonomiyaki...

My position is that he should be allowed to write it, and a publisher should be allowed to publish it, but that we should make our voices heard that we think nobody should profit off this. we received a hand-me-down car seat that was 8 or so years old, and took it into the the police station (not just the local koban) to ask their advice about if it's as good as the current ones. they had no idea. that's ok, that's not their job, right? so we proceeded to ask about seat belt laws. we've heard that there's certain situations in which you're allowed to have more people on board than seat belts. took a bunch of different policemen, and their final answer was....don't worry, we don't give tickets for seat belts or child seats. just a warning.
