I tried to be fair without discremination, but It's a matter of civilization between Chinese and Japanese.

Japan should do invite civilized Chinese such as HongKonese, Taiwanese, Singapore Chinese, Oversea Chinese, but it's silly choice to invite not only Chinese but anyone doesn't match Japanese moral and living standard.
