You mean, who is better? I'd say he's better because he gave her a lot of money, but she gave him a lot of pleasure ... wait a minute, it depends on how much pleasure was given before I can answer your question.

J.K. Rowling knocked out Harry Potter's in a coffee shop. A combination of the Hawthorne Effect and caffeine seems to aid the writing process.

I hear they like the speeches because he uses language that they can understand. I'm a native speaker and I can't even understand what he's saying. His speeches are vague and I want to know, "What exactly are you going to do?" He rarely details specific policies.
The Japanese love this kind of language, though. So many times I have asked a Japanese student a question and they ramble on for several minutes and when they finish, I just ask the same question again, verbatim. Most never answer questions - just like Obama. They are afraid to say, "I don't know," just like the phony Obama.

Yes, it was absolutely stalking. He clearly wanted her to stop and she refused. Just one e-mail after the request to stop would qualify as stalking in my opinion.

Price of "extravagant" Bush inauguration: $50 million. Obama's: $200 million. I wonder how much for those antebellum dresses?
Hey, YangYong, your English is really good. Nice and lucid. Thanks for the contribution to the discussion.

How did the president fare on his effort to address the AIDS pandemic? Quite well. It appears that the number of people receiving antiretroviral treatment has quadrupled in the past five years meeting the goal of two million that Bush set at the start of his administration.

Japan has so much debt, they are going to have to devalue the currency. They will use the same "quantitative easing" techniques as Bernanke is using in the U.S.A. Printing money is the only way to go as there's no room to keep cutting interest rates.
Strengthening the yen would be not only more difficult, it would be suicidal.

I think you want to say "catholocism".
Speaking of dysfunctional families, just today I taught a high school girl in a one-to-one lesson and recommended a few websites for vocabulary and listening practice. Her mom said that would require her to ask for her father's computer whom she does not speak to. Whoops. I won't mention that again.
I was getting the feeling that I was a substitute daddy for these three young sisters as they hardly study and just want to fool around and give me whatever is not nailed down in their house.
Message for the Japanese: work smart, not hard.

They are also into birth order. That might make a little more sense.
You might be right, however, "Os" are vain and rude vs. "Bs" selfish and irresponsible.
It would appear to be the "Os" who are considered sociable.
Type A - Best traits: Earnest, creative, sensible; Worst traits: fastidious, overearnest; Type B - Best traits: wild, active, doer; Worst traits: selfish, irresponsible; Type AB - Best traits: cool, controlled, rational; Worst traits: Critical, indecisive; Type O - Best traits: agreeable, sociable, optimistic; Worst traits: vain, rude
Which is the best one to tell the Japanese? I'm guessing 90 percent of them are AB.
I'm surprised this has never come up on a job interview. Maybe interviewers realize it is bunk.
Posted in: Blood type is a good tool to understand different human behaviors. Most Japanese have some knowledge of each blood type and its trait so blood type often becomes a good conversation piece.
