didn't Kerry lead the majority of polls 4 years ago?... so there might be something to dismissing these "polls"

Don't know about the rest of you Yanks, but I've already voted and as long as the ballot doesn't get 'disenfranchised' by the Dems, it should be counted too.

Sarge, they are a "cult", they were even kicked (excommunicated) out of Nichiren Buddhism in 1991... but money buys a lot of love, here(Japan) and abroad.

Betzee- Personally, I look at how the person is put together rather than scanning their attire for a designer label.

yet you still seem to endorse Obama.... interesting.

seems fine that the Republicans spend money (donated to the party) on their candidates in order to prep the for election.

from all the comments here and on the news, it is obvious that the Gov. is hated for her looks (she looks good vs the Dems women of choice). Spending money on candidates for campaigning is normal and legal.

and for those poll watchers... seems the Dems lead the last two presidential polls too, so much for that.

Republicans spend $150,000 on Palin's look And it looks good.

I guess Dems would have spent that much, and more on Hillary... but it wouldn't be"news worthy" How much did Biden spend on his plugs??

Obama would only be the first half black president, no matter how you look at it he was raised white... Clinton was the first black president, and always will be.

well... what it says it not always what you get. KDDI gets a lot of things right, and overall I really like them... and they now own my Tepco fiber line(home, not mansion), they would like me to change to their HikariOne. .. telling me my Tepco will disappear in the future.

After making arrangement for the change, they sent a "new" router which would be required... upon inspection of the router... it is over a year old, and not designed for 100MB-1000MB lines, upon inquiring with KDDI, they couldn't explain why... they are using their router's MAC addresses to verify customers, and you MUST use their their router... so I had to cancel their installation.... when they close my Tepco, I'll switch to NTT.

King said the fee would help offset fuel costs that remain high despite the recent decline in oil prices.

... and what was the reason for the that "fuel surcharge" that was added to the price of my last ticket, which doubled the price of the ticket?...

This stinks of incompetence in those who run these airlines... of course it could just be greed.

Didn't we used to have institutions for the "desperately mentally ill"?

yes indeed, but their votes were needed... so they closed the institutions.

the speech had great pace, talking trash on the GOP, but the repetitive "and elect Barak Obama for President!" phrase seemed to come at odd points of the speech. She still seems less than genuine about the support.
