Let me get something straight, Japan is donating 1.3 BILLLION dollars to fight diseases in other countries and at the same time cancel free health insurance for 18 years old and younger for those living in Fukushima PLUS raise consumtion tax etc, etc, etc. ........... Could someone please explain why the Japanese govenment refuses to take care of its own first?
