i dont think charging a small fee is unreasonable. In Canada, you get charged like $95 in the Rockies. That's 9500yen. I think a nomimal fee like 1000 yen to go to Fujisan area is not too unreasonable. Lots of people leave their garbage at the gogome area.. Yes.. Guilty…
