    Rugby is actually a different game to American Football. In American football they wear a lot of padding. I think that many japanese high school rugby teams could beat the american national team in rugby.

    why even bother having a rugby world cup as it is only played in a few countries. I hope japan doesn't get it as it will be embarrasing for the organizers when they have to give away free tickets to schoolkids.

    I agree that the SPL is pretty ordinary.Only 2 teams that could win anything. At least the J-League has other teams that offer some sort of competition.

    I think that they are already running out of countries that are interested in rugby. So they are pulling names from a hat. there are only a few countries where they would be able to find people to watch it.

    actually more than half the japanese team arent even japanese. They would be really bad if they only had japanese players. Even against minor teams.
