I read this article and wonder what happen to one VP of AIG Tidwell san. He was my boss favorite ever leader from outside Japan. He and Kanack san were so much alike and we hoped to have this type leadership for moving forward. Now seems no one cares and only micro manage us. If we can bring back Tidwell san and in top position to help us. He was very Japanese and understand our culture best of all US management. We need help at AIG and our insurance agencies, Tidwell san was giving us changes for better and then it stopped when he returned to US. Who can bring him back, I know my boss talks with other managers who want him but afraid to ask as they are afraid of unqualifed manager in agency VP position who is American loser and cares nothing for Japanese, he is fake.
