This seems like an oxymoron, considering that Japan's self-sufficiency rate is below 40%. If the farmers would use the land more wisely, growing needed food rather than 'luxury' food, maybe the self-sufficiency numbers would rise.

Japan wants to work with the other 5 countries because they know they have no leverage with North Korea. Until Japan decides to get serious and stop whining crying about the abduction issue, North Korea will not take Japan seriously about any issue.

It only took 100 death threats for the police to act on this? Had she killed the cartoonist, I think that the police would be blamed for negligence, for not acting sooner.
