My guess is that the robberies were carried out by the same person/gang. If at first you succeed, try and try again. Hopefully, the crime-prevention training will be effective and offset the chain's reputation as an easy target.

It's time "youths" were held accountable for their own behavior. And youth does not always mean 14 or 15 yrs old. A 21 yr old is youth too.

It's almost always the mom's boyfriend. Just an observation. I won't pretend to know the preventions and solutions. It's just a sad and often times tragic story. A child's innocence is replaced by demons at an early age.
