Apparently he committed these crimes b/c of how his family dog was treated 3 decades ago. I think the results of the test are a foregone conclusion. A nice padded cell and strait jacket would probably serve society better in this case than 30 years in the clink paid for…

Could it have been the Bikkuri Donki at the intersection of Route 8 and Route 157 on the way to Futagami san? I used to bike there on my way to "work".
