If the yen continues to grow and economy keeps plunging down, who knows? The Diet might think other steps to prop-up the economy such as encouraging immigration.

By the way, i already have an HSBC Visa card from my home country so i chose JCB from the private gym i joined last May (it's Renaissance btw).
