i believe it's more the price of flying with kids than the parents worried about disturbing others. parents bring their screaming kids everywhere with no qualms. stores. restaurants. a family of 4 would be almost ¥400,000 just for airfare. ouch.

it will be proven as japanese rarely move in unless they know they have a solid case. with the prices they were saving on mailing, they should have passed some of that on to consumers as best denki's prices are extremely high.
