The ironic thing is that with the exchange rate being so good people get too excited and end up spending even more money that they normally would which defeats the purpose of good rate in the first place. Something to think about.

People need to stop blaming their "the flu" and start taking responsibility for their lifestyles. There are some people who never get sick during "the flu season" because they get plenty of rest, eat healthy and in moderation, and manage their stress levels. People not in control of these things…
