    Scap,

Also unlike the Chinese however, Mexicans use to own those same parts so why learn a new language on their native land.

I do agree they are going to have to Bow Down to the new Super Power in Town. Like Mexicans, they also forgetting to mention all those Chinese who will be going to their Universities, bringing more money to their economy, filling in those jobs Japanese and other foreigners don't want. They will reinsure the Social Security for the next generation, allow companies to expand business and finally keep standard of living down for the rest of us.

    Molenir,

Here are the facts, I hope you can keep up:

"Whales are particularly vulnerable to accumulating contaminants now wide spread in maritime environments, eg organochlorins and polychlorinated biphenyl (PCBs), DDT, dioxins and methyl mercury. These contaminants can cause neurotoxicity or nerve damage, reproductive and development disorders, immune suppression and liver damage.

Whale meat, blubber and internal organs all accommodate these toxins which are passed on through the mother's milk to the next generation of whales and dolphins. Not to mention to those who consume it."

Japan after the World Wars have always been alittle behind the US in some areas. Not in technology for example but with society and economics. Some of America was grafted onto Japan. Due to it having its own culture, things that are similar with the US show up later. I say between 15-20 yrs depending on the topic.

I'm not taking anything away from Japan. In some ways Japan is a world leader innovation. Sometimes I think it why Japan has been so successful in certain areas. By looking at similar conditions in America's past and avoiding those mistakes. Like younger and older siblings.

Japan does have a dream. To build the world tallest building. It is being built in Sumida ku as we type. Any business folks out there this will be the next revitalized area in some of the older parts of Tokyo

Posted in: Tokyo Tower stood for a dream of the future, but that dream is gone. Tokyo Tower offers no more dreams, just as Japan has no more dreams.

One day I went wall climbing in Tokyo for the first time with this girl(also first time). After a couple of hours of climbing the instructor praised my technique and ability to pick it up. She was still struggling. One reason was she didn't listen and just kept trying to do it her way. I told her to try the way we were taught and take it easy. During small talk she asked what was your blood type. I said O+. She said really I don't believe you. I said Why? She said because you are so careful and methodical. I am like we are climbing a three story wall with no previous experience and its dangerous. Her response was Oh, I see. I think it is cool conversation piece but I hope people don't start putting too much into it. I believe we are instilled at birth with certain traits and behaviors but you can't rule out life experiences to also shape who we are.

Yeah, this sounds like the beginning of another way to discriminate. Can someone say Gattaca?

Posted in: Blood type is a good tool to understand different human behaviors. Most Japanese have some knowledge of each blood type and its trait so blood type often becomes a good conversation piece.

Hell, what about us gaijin living here? I wonder how we will fit into this equation. I also have more than several months stashed and some emergency credit cards which I never use. Still I wonder if it will be enough. I guess several months of cup of noodles only and extra saving will be my New Year Resolution. Oh, don't forget watching my back on the streets.

I see people in Japan riding in their cars all the time without seat belts. I even see drivers holding their children at the sametime. It's amazing common sense goes out the window these days.

Yeah, the shaken is just a scam by the car companies. They wanted you to buy a new more car more often despite the low mileage and good condition. It now favors the train companies just as much.

You believe a white man shooting someone in a theater because of noise is Black people's fault? What is the rational? I have heard similar rhetoric from Klan leaders. Why is it your comments are biased towards BLACK audiences, it seems you have some personal issues you need dealing with, because Ive been to the movies thousands of times and have seen and heard all kinds of obnoxious people in the theater (white, spanish, and black...). So no its not just black people, shoot you can see that from this article.

The guy made a bigger scene than the person talking. First he made a big scene out of the talking, then he shot the guy which had to be much louder than the guy talking, and he then of course sent everyone else screaming from the theater. So in the end he was a bigger pain in the ass than the guy talking.

This creep could have been stalking this little girl for awhile. Maybe he finally decided to up the stakes and get a momento from her. The police and family needs to keep and eye on her.
