Obama is the man!!!
Community organizing has proven to be applicable tonight as it confirms he has run the most effective ground game in US political history. He was also a constitutional law professor for 11 years, an attorney, the president of the Harvard law review, he majored in Political Science and minored in International Relations at Columbia. If all that wasn't enough to convince you he's older than Clinton or Kennedy were and he has the exact same amount of years in the state and national senate as Abraham Lincoln. That should be good enough for anyone.

There was similar Obama effigy on the University of Kentucky. The two offenders (students) were caught and are being charged. They did commit several crimes to put there display on the U of K campus.
I hope the other inmates like those students real purrrty lips.

It is McCain's fault if he loses. This campaign has shown his true skills as a leader. He has shown bad judgement throughout this election. His erratic responses to different situations. Best example and worst decision was selection of Palin. She didn't do anything but be herself. There is alot of things about her people don't like. The majority just doesn't think she would make a good VP or Pres. She turned off the majority of centrist voters. Only the base of their party really likes her. Her approval rating is pretty bad. Especially with those groups outside the Republican base she was suppose to attract.
If McCain would have chosen someone more qualified then this race would probably be alot different. Lucky, for all of us he didn't.

No, he has an adopted daughter who is from Bangladesh. She has dark skin. The same people working for him are the same ones who worked for Bush. During the election against they inferred to the Republican base that McCain had an illegitimate black child. That energized the base to not vote for him. The base of the Republican party now is the legacy of the racist Democrats ("Dixiecrats") who joined the Republicans after the Civil Rights Movement.
Race is always factor in elections. Why? Because African-Americans have historically been the most consistent group for the Democrats. They make up 13% of the population. The Republicans strategy is always to restrict the voting abilities of AAs. It was through more obvious acts of terrorism in the last century with Southern Democrats (Dixiecrats). Now they changed parties and doing through more covert methods to keep AAs from voting.
You should read "How to Rig an Election" by the Republican operative who had to serve time breaking the law for RNC during Bush's re-election campaign. It is true insight.

I am glad stuff like this is happening now. Not because I want to see someone killed but to flush out all the trash and in the closet racists. It also hopefully open the eyes of those idiots who have been denying minorities and others have it easy.

Very few people have logically argued the reasons for McCain except they don't like Obama(majority White voters). Which is usually based on race or mistruths/lies. Which is why he (McCain) is losing in the polls. There is not much to say about him. He is descent guy like Obama, but you can't really see that. Especially since he sold his "Soul to RNC." It isn't the media's fault so much as his bad decisions. Oh, he is a patriot. So are many others but that doesn't mean you should be President. Like Powell said, these recent events were like tests to see what they are made of. McCain's actions and decisions show he is not the best choice for these times. Many bad decisions!!!!!!
I also dislike his choice of Palin because she a big liar/hypocrite and his greatest weakness. She lies under the assumption that most people are basically ignorant. Being White is Right/American. How can you be Pro-America but your husband was member of a Secessionist Party? She may draw those types (ill-informed)to the rallys but alienates the vast majority. Divide and Conquer. She contradicts him in so many ways and is publicly disagreeing in the media now. Country first? It's more like political career first! The fact she has been brought to the public stage means we might be hearing more of her in the future. I hope she doesn't become VP or Pres. Please go back to Alaska because you bring nothing positive to the table! Or screw up big time to send her career down the tubes. Even better idea become a better human being.

Why all the fuss? He has explained those reasons in detail why he chose Obama. They were sound and educated. He has like many supporters of Obama explained with good logic there choice. Being black is just an added bonus. He chose who he believes is the best out all the candidates available. Being Black (Obama)is just an added bonus because he is a positive figure that all Americans can look up to. (Especially minorities)

He wasn't being condescending like RNC putting down community activists. People who actually try to better this country. He was making comments about a guy ("a plumber")who lied on TV to try and make Obama look bad. The media checked out his story and he was caught in all of his lies. Remember in another thread you told me this is the guy you want invite over for dinner. You still want him over? Is it because of the plumbing experience? Or the lying experience?

You are correct 'Bro' was popularized by Puerto Ricans. Which came after African Americans popularized "Brother" in the slang vernacular. It was a shortening of the word AA's made popular. So AAs did have some part in it.

I hope you enjoy your dinner. You are wrong!!! It has been reported by the news and "Joe the Plumber" that the business he wants to buy doesn't make anywhere close to $250,000 a year. He wouldn't be paying higher taxes under Obama. He would get a tax credit which he could use to pay the taxes he still owe. He had no plans of buying that business anytime soon. He still hasn't paid owed taxes. He is even further away from getting his plumbing license. He has been in the business for ten years.
He is a hypocrite because he portrayed Obama as the cause of his business setbacks. In reality, it due to other factors like his own procrastination that is the root cause. Read my post again he should have been vetted because he is telling half truths.

1) Unlicensed plumber for ten years (Now he is working on his license?!)
2) Has admitted he was nowhere near being able to buy the business he works for.
3) Has also admitted that the business he wants to buy doesn't make close to $250,000 a year. ( He would not be taxed but actually receive a refund under Obama)
4) Owes back taxes
5) Voted for McCain earlier this year.
Another hypocrite coming to light. Why doesn't the McCain campaign VET people before putting them in the spotlight?

Most deaths from hand to hand fights are usually from the falls after being knocked down or knocked out. That is why in most self defense classes going to the ground is a no-no. MMA is different because of the rules there are limits to what can occur. On the street anything is fair game.
