Yes indeed, how dare a woman celebrate the changes to her body while pregnant. She should stay at home and cover up with vast swathes of material so that her huge, disgusting body not offend any of your delicate sensibilities. Really, is there anyone you people won't insult? Fair enough, have opinions on whether or not maternity photography is a good thing or not, but to go to town on a pregnant woman's body like some of the comments above is loathsome.
