You're worring about nothing, because the SOFA or the U.S. forces in Japan will NEVER EVER leave Japan during your or our Lifetime and I'm for one that's very glad.

A fingerprint is just one part of the puzzle.It's not really enough to convict someone.I mean they have to place you at the seen,motive,etc etc.
Plus the fingerprint at the airport will probaly give them a very clear fingerprint,whereas fingerprints obtained at crime scences are usually not that clear…

Japan already has one of the toughest SOFA's in the world. In germany the police can't touch the military member until they have been arrested,tried and found guilty in court and then sentenced and only after they have been sentenced can the German authorities touch them.
