Ben, is it the word "mostly" you are objecting to? Because everything else in the quote has been confirmed by today's article.

Larvov has been noting foreign involvement and support of the rebels almost a year now.

Yes, I have heard him say it a few times too, probably on RT. I guess some get upset when you do not obey when ordered to provide a link, or when you POSSIBLY make a small error when paraphrasing someone you heard.

Anyway, what is becoming harder and harder to deny (although some will continue to deny the obvious) is that this crisis is NOT a homegrown rebellion.

    YuriOtani,

Lastly if the Arabs could take over Israel, they would kill all of the Jews.

Jews lived in peace with the Muslims and Christians in Palestine, before the zionists took over.

The USA feels it owes something because of the Jewish holocaust.

Why? The US did not do the Jewish holocaust.

This is the one place they are safe.

No it isn't. Jews are safe in most countries of the world; even in Iran.

Abdallah al-Mouallimi, told the assembly the Russia-China vetoes gave "the impression that the Security Council was turning a blind eye to the painful reality." He said there was "a consensus that does not support the paralysis of the Security Council, a consensus that says the United Nations cannot be oblivious to the suffering of the Syrian people, a consensus that demands action."

The resolution, which condemned President Bashar al-Assad's use of "heavy weapons" in the civil war, was passed by 133 votes with 12 countries against and 31 abstaining.

Wow, that is almost as much of a consensus as the UN General Assembly resolutions presented every year for over a decade on the Palestine question (the two-state solution, the illegality of settlements, East Jerusalem as Palestinian land, refugees' right of return, pre-1967 border). But for some reason, we never get to hear about this one, despite it achieving greater consensus, year after year.

Russia's U.N. ambassador Vitaly Churkin blasted the resolution, saying it gave "blatant" support to Syrian rebels and that its backers were the countries providing "mercenaries and arms" to the opposition.

On numerous occasions we had Ben stating that NeverSubmit was wrong about the Russian FM saying there were foreigners among the rebels. Seems NeverSubmit was right after all.

Of course, the confusion is by design. "The Palestinians" is a codeword for muslim Arabs, who resent the existance of Israel. In realiy, The Jews are the original inhabitants of Palestine, i.e. the original "Palestinians".

Assuming that were true. The fact that Jews lived there for a few decades thousands of years ago does not give them the right to kick out the Palestinians who have been living there for the past several centuries to make room for Jews anywhere in the world to move in.

While I'm sure that there are many people within the US who do support the two-state solution which most of the world is in favour of, the US politically has vetoed UN resolution after resolution after resolution after resolution for years.

And just to remind you that it was the US who pulled UNESCO funding after Palestine was granted full membership. If you don't beleive me, look it up. Yeah, great "support" that is.

Great points, Zen. If the US truly believed in a two-state solution, they could simply stop all aid to Israel and possibly even sanction Israel until they return to the 67 border and allow the right of return; i.e., abide by international law, Instead we have Romney basically agreeing with all Israeli talking points, including making Jerusalem the capital of Israel.

Where is your evidence that these atrocities are NOT being perpetrated by the Assad regime!! NeverSubmit, I have called you time and time and time to show us ANY proof to back up your (and I am calling you out on this) your false accusations.

One must really be going out of their way to avoid this evidence. It is well documented, including by the UN observers.

I am also pretty sure that many (all?) of the protesters that were killed at the very beginning of this crisis were not killed by the Syrian military.

I don't really know much about the details relating to reforms in Syria, but I was under the impression that some progress was being made.

You are correct, some progress was being made.

And the American is sick and tired of ass backwards non-democratic regimes still existing in this day and age and forcing the world to get involved.

Considering that two major sponsors of the rebels' are Saudi Arabia and Qatar, this whole mess cannot be about introducing democracy to Syria.

America has been trying its' best not to get involved, as have the rest of NATO.

They started it! They have been planning and preparing for it for over a decade.

I think Sasaki should have kept his big mouth shut.

I agree. But from this article, I am not so sure he actually told the players not to win. After the game, maybe he was just looking for the silver lining, or he might have simply been pleased that they did not have to travel by bus for 8 hours. Nothing wrong with that.

It's good to see the President really earning that Nobel Peace Prize.

Obama must be the Nobel-prize-winning leader with the most blood on his hands.

Actually, their paper passports emerged from their rented car indeed indicated that.

I have come across lots of wild conspiracy theories regarding 911, but this is the first time someone has suggested that they drove a car into the WTC?

Anyway, this American support is far from secret. Hillary has stated clearly more than once that the US will continue to provide assistance to the rebels (i.e.; Al Qaida); she called it something like "none lethal assistance" but considering her history, I suspect US aid is more than just "none lethal assistance".

not one shred of evidence pointing to the US being involved in Syria

But Hillary has stated clearly that the US will continue to provide assistance to the rebels (i.e.; Al Qaida).

I will say this, without a doubt Syria has been a proxy of Russia.

A proxy to do what? Russia is using Syria as a base. What else did you have in mind?

The rebels will slowly but surely be routed out, Aleppo is the rebels last stand.

Yes, and the sooner the better; this senseless killing has gone on long enough.
