I was once served by a young lady in tully's coffee whose shirt read, 'Cum! An exeprience that everyone should have once.' I knew the girl and after explaining a little of what her shirt said she ran home and changed it

I'm not sure if they are being vague. I think they just don't know what they are doing, period!! Isn't there anybody who can take over and pull it all together?

Ranger_Miffy2: I understand your point and I agree it is a really bad situation and people are going to get sick, but these people aren't getting any help so they are resolving to action on their own. If they can make it safe to live why shouldn't they try. I'm sure that once they have done what they can, they will evaluate what they have done and assess whether it is safe. then they will make the NEXT decision. whatever that might be. But they feel that they have to try.

garomakaikishi: They have taken topsoil from the land. The top 5 cm. It does make a difference. I had to do it and it worked. The radiarion came down in massive numbers!

You gotta try people or pack up and go home!

People! it is trial and error because the people doing the cleanup are those that want to go home.... They are not scientists or researchers. They probably don't have a lot of cash or jobs. Remember they lost it all!!!!!!! They just want to go back to a relatively normal way of life. I couldn't imagine being in their situation. I would probably want to do the same thing, out the with a shovel, filling bags. Good on them. I hope they get it done. Imagine the sense of satisfaction after having suffered what they have. Earthquake, tsunami, fallout, kicked out, fight, clean it up, return home, and sit by the fire with a cold beer to tell all those who wouldn't help to 'go and get stuffed'. I love the determination that this country shows when it has to! That's why I came! GO JAPAN GO TOHOKU

Yeah! Good on him. I cooked for him last year as a part of an interview process. A really nice guy! I stuffed the menu due to a little inexperience but he seemed to enjoy it! If you read this Mr. Hasegawa I am still here and looking. I never make the same mistake twice!
