******The money barrel is almost empty. Not enough for bonuses for the billionaire and multi-millionaire CEOs. So, Bush and McCain are gonna refill it with the working robots' tax money.

In the meantime, Obama doesn't GAF. He's too busy getting high on all the undeserved attention.

No matter how the election goes, we have a dreary four years ahead. I have nothing against cavalier Wonder Woman Palin, per se, but if McCain should kick the bucket in the middle of the term, she ain't presidential material.

Ah, well, there'll be plenty of material for SNL, Leno and Letterman for the next four years. And the CEOs will be back in biz with a fresh, full barrel of pork.

His hair rook rike Koizumi. I've never seen this guy perform but if he's not funny as Ken Shimura I wouldn't want to.

I can pretty well guess what American-rook-arikes rook rike. I was called Kirk Douglas, Dirty Harry, Gary Cooper and Bogart while living there. Three Jr. High boys once called to me, "Meestah Reagan!" Meestah Reagan!" I wanted to kick their butts. I guess it's in the eye of the beholder.

Takeo: Gotcha! Let's rock and roll!

****Maybe he took a swig of beer and she neglected to fill his glass back to the brim immediately. Or, she could be extremely ugly. Some motive is necessary to make sense of it.

    One solution: Don't get pregnant.

Question: If a woman is carrying septuplets, 8 pounds per, is she immune to the seatbelt law?

Jest funnin'. When Indiana passed a law that pickup drivers had to wear seatbelts I would forget to buckle up. Would have to do it underway; very dangerous. Have been lucky. A couple times just got it on when I met a cop.

Big fine and points off of drivers license. Very strict on it here.

Three years ago my wife was given less than two years to live. She's still alive. I have been housebounb, caring for her. It's a 24/7 job. I have never once thought of killing her. We've been married 44 years. This couple must have been together at least 28 years. What in hell could have possessed this man to murder his wife, not to mention a 27 year old son?

Fortunately there are some great people here; hospice ladies do our grocery shopping most of the time. Neighbors have cut my grass for the past two summers. I'm doing everything I can to keep my wife out of a nursing home. I can't imagine life without her. She was born, prematurely, in Maebashi 82 years ago and has outlived her family. This world has gone to hell.

****Personal remarks, good or bad, especially in political capaigns are inappropriate.

Joe Biden referred to Obama's wife as drop-dead gorgeous. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I'm going to be inapropriate and say that I, personally, do not see her as such. She isn't ugly but, drop-dead gorgeous?

Of course, I ain't drop-dead gorgeous myself but it ain't my fault. Wouldn't "You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear" have been better?

Obama has a gift for gab. So do many used car salesmen. This doesn't make them presidential material.

He speaks of the silly season in politics. It shouldn't exist. Neither should vehemence. It should stay dignified; going after one of the most powerful jobs on the earth. But, what can be expected from clowns who appear on Leno, Letterman and SNL?

One senator who once ran for prez had a lot of my respect. Then he made a Viagra commercial and 90 percent of my respect went down the drain.

Isn't Kwan Yin the same as the Japanese Kannon? A thousand arms are pretty but milipedery would be prettier. (I doubt milipedery is in the dictionary but it works for me.) Of course you'd need a bikini in that case.

Cleo, what's wrong with a pink cow? To each his own. My wife's nephew's teacher once called her on the carpet and said their was something wrong with her son's head. He had painted a blue snowman. 'Twas a lot prettier than a white one.

We have octopuses and squid selling air freshener on TV and a Gekko lizard selling car insurance.

Whole lotta people have something wrong with their heads; maybe even I.

Have you read the Japanese novel, "Diary (or Confessions) of an Angry Old Man"?

Maybe this old guy got tired of waiting on his son to bring home a sexy young wife. That's enough to cause some people to snap.

"Fujii lives with his wife and victim." Is the dead body still in the house?

Why read the same bias and lies that you saw on TV the night before?

I'm not an active environmentalist but I can't help wondering how many trees it takes just to put out the Sunday Newspapers in the U.S.

****Where would one find a politician nowadays that hasn't had extra-marital affairs or smoked pot? One would be easier found among televangelists.

I would bet, after the Alamo, ole Davy Crockett lit up a reefer and had himself a senorita.

I'm so damned sick of this political crap that I no longer care who gets elected. We've had nothing but crooked, lying clowns in the white house for the past 30 years. Nothing will change for the working man.

Anyway, I favor Palin over Hillary. I wonder if anyone has checked her background.

He/she is just doing what comes natural; monkey shines. How about the ground-bound Homo erectus? Not only do they urinate on the ground but do worse things; steal bananas, money, bikes and ATM machines. If this monkey is docile don't monkey with it. Just let it be. It's probably bringing more joy than sorrow.
