  this move, while it may be popular in Okinawa, will take $5 to $10 million dollars away from the local economy. I hope the locals are prepared for this. I doubt there is any additional crime then would be found in any area where there are thousands of unaccompanied single men.

  High School or secondary school should be required by all modern nations. And for adults there should be ways to achieve this as is available in the USA for those who slip through the cracks or do not finish. Mandatory education is required until at least 16 years old or through high school in the USA and adult education is available to all adults in all states. There are tests that allow General Education Development equivalency that are widely accepted, and many or all states have their own version of this that includes state education department issued diplomas for the state tests as well as for the G.E.D. that most states will also accept for state issued high school diplomas. Most community colleges will require students that have these to complete any required courses that have not been completed in high school. Many or all state adult education systems offer classes to prepare for the G.E.D. tests that also prep for the state tests where those are offered. Most jobs in the USA require at least equivalency to a high school education, including fast food restaurants, etc. Most people with a G.E.D. do not realize they may also apply for state diplomas with this test system.

  Martin had previously been arrested for dealing drugs and violent acts, he attacked Zimmerman and broke his nose knocking him to the ground, which a black witness and others observed. Was Zimmerman stupid in his actions, yes, did he shoot in self defense, yes also. Should Zimmerman's license to carry be revoked, probably, but he did not commit a criminal act. Martin was not the innocent that he is being portrayed as. If he had not attacked Zimmerman he would still be alive.

  Have you people ever heard of the draft? Large numbers of people on both sides were ordered into the military, and America was attacked. My ex wife had an Uncle who died in the Imperial Army during WWII, probably in Manchuria.

  constitutional monarchies are the most stable form of government. The Emperor sets the tone for much of the government no matter what others may think, even if he doesn't control all the politics. Good health to the Emperor and his grand daughter.

  the drills show children under their desks when they should lay down flat beside their desks for survival. If the building comes down it flattens the desks. If they are beside it there is a space for survival. That is the currently recognized best survival method for earthquakes.

  the so called short form posted on the internet earlier was another fake trying to distract people from requesting the original. That form can in fact be done for anyone who wishes to state under oath that the person was born in Hawaii, it is not a birth certificate. Producing a birth record under oath that is fraudulent is a felony known as perjury or false swearing.

  The so called birth certificate has been proven to be a forgery by the Washington Post Newspaper and denounced as such. It is a constructed fake and was posted on the White House web site. After being downloaded and exposed as a fake a different fake was later posted. The man was born in Kenya, not the USA, and under our constitution cannot be president. To be eligible to run for president one must be born in the United States.

  Most of the Ainu have integrated into Japanese Society over the last thousand years, many families do not realize they have Ainu ancestry. They were recruited as sword smiths and warriors in many of the internecine wars in ancient times. The Ainu and related groups occupied all of Honshu before the Yamato people moved North out of Kyushu, especially along the coasts. Many were still in Northern Honshu 500 years ago. They deserve to be recognized, just as Japan recognized the original Taiwanese people. The Ainu will not go to war with a society they tried to integrate into for thousands of years.
