Another example of a public body, funded by our taxes (and those of many other countries) wasting money in generating a useless and misleading report. If you ask me, it's the women in Japan who wear the pants - even though it may not be that obvious!

Overall for sure better than many other places - lived in London before and there you see far more out of control scumbag kids, unlike Japan. Generally, if anything, most mothers are too affectionate and spoil their kids too much.
