Such act of guys sneaking board the vessel always reminds me of the Japanese proverb "Tonde hini-hairu natu no mushi" .

Mt. Fuji is not far away from Tokyo. It's about 100 kilometers straight. If it erupted, enormous amount of ashes would fall in around Tokyo just like snow and all traffic jams would happen all over for many days.

I'm very sure that the US will make the new war. The US have never stopped wars in the past. It will keep fighting ever whatever reasons. It will make plausible reasons.

This is surely a part of their traditional culture, very different from Europe and America. I don't criticize them.

DPJ is breaking the all promises for people. They don't approve DPJ. Hence the prime minister should dissolve the House of Representatives soon and implement a general election for all people.

I wonder why Lee does this now. Presidential election is coming next year? So he might have to show something to people of S Korea? He wants 2nd term. I remember some previous presidents went to prison in the past.

I saw the videos, footages times, but I've never seen Japanese whalers throwing spears to Sea Shepherd ships. but It probably makes a sense if you were in there. Mostly SS guys threw things to Japanese whalers ships.

Paul Watson and other guys of SS are so called eco-terrorists breaking international law and FBI think that way. I hardly think Judge saves/helps them.

It really doesn't matter whether Japan's scientific research is legal or illegal as for the lawsuit in US. the big point is Sea Shepherd's extreme violence against vessels/ships is legal or illegal in high seas. It is very obvious that any violence is illegal in high seas, I think, never accepted it in any country. FBi think Paul Watson has been dangerous eco-terrorist. So Japan would win the case.

Japan would win lawsuit against Sea Shepherd as the name of Paul Watson is already in the black list of FBI and also extreme violence is illegal in high seas.

Good history class! Whatever you try to explain, the US knew Japanese attack coming in Hawaii, the president just ignored it intentionally. That's why all soldiers were sleeping all Sunday morning. No alert.

I saw some websites in internet years ago. I dont think this is fiction. US Admiral did not want entire carrier fleet at the small Bay. so he dispersed the fleet with different missions all over before in case of the sudden attack.

@tanaka
US highest ranking officers got an information that J navy fleets were approaching to Hawaii. US Admiral decided the carrier fleet to move out of the Bay in case of Japanese attacks. His decision was right.
