Uyoku's demonstration is legal action in Japan, so there is nothing police can do about it as long as they do not break the law. Movie theaters should not stop showing the movie in public. It should be on schedule if theaters think freedom of expression/knowing.

there are surely some people who don't like the movie on theaters around here. Most Japanese don't mind the movie because they don't kill them and not eat, but in a little country town they eat them, not sell for business. I wait for the rental.

Unstoppable oil leak is killing more billions of marine lives and birds. This is the most terrible disaster of all. Other wells might happen same way.

Japanese like taking shijimi shellfish out there on wide higata. They love shijimi soup like clam chowder after cleaning shellfish with clean water.

The bigoted prime minister should have been careful about the pin microphone. He had better make sure to turn it off next time.

50 years ago it happened. It is just nature. I hate snow but like cold weather. I don't complain about the coldest.

There are more 80 places of US bases and facilities all over in Japan. It does not need so many, and US Marines either. Time is coming sooner or later that Japan would have to build up stronger SDF in the future without US forces.

Blue-fin tuna should not be banned because it is food. Each exporter countries should more strict regulations of catching them.

Why so tiny tunas? No more big ones? I thought tunas are much bigger.

JSA maybe made a mistake that it hired Mongolians as Japan's sumo wrestler in the first place. Mongolia has their own sumo and they understand the strongest is number 1 there even if whatever incidents happens. I think Sumo is hardly a sport because its fighting time is usually about only 5 seconds. Most of its game is a kinda show of similar Kabuki players acting role to grab salt and spread it on circle stage a few times and naturally it depicts excitement by spirit of Sumo culture. I think usual sports take more than 5-10 seconds.

Sumo is not just sport like other sports. It is 70 percent is traditional ritual demonstration of rikishi and 30 percent is sport that westerners talk about. Asa hardly understand it with hinkaku and he took it as another sport as the strongest is grand champion. Sumo is actually not. So Sumo will never be able to become an international sport.

It seems to have been a big mistake that JSA gave him "yokozuna" and no "hinkaku" at all. He forgets he is still a member of JSA paying him a lot every month until retirement ceremony. JSA might cancel the retirement money for him.

What a big fuss about the smallest town's matter in the world! No fun to watch documentary movies. I might watch it when it comes on TV. I don't wanna to pay any for that.

Taiji is a very very small town, killing dolphins as food for hundreds of years. Why is a big country now making such a biggest fuss about the smallest town's matter? I think there are other bigger and more serious problems that should be stopped. I don't think they stop it by any pressure the movie made.

I don't know if this is good movie as best winner. I don't think fun to see it. This must be very good for money business. I wonder people would like to see the documentary of 50 years of Afghanistan war someday.

No more SS obstruction, they will be able to hunt 50 whales per day with 5 vessels for a couple of weeks. Number is going to be at least 500 whales to go.
