To legalize the one drug that never killed anyone is correct. It can not be that Marijuana is illegal whilst the state is earning money with tobacco and alcohol; drugs that kill thousands every year. That --dear Mexico-- is the real hypocrisy.

Nuclear power is not an alternative energy source. And it should not be considered as a safe energy source in an earthquake prone little island like Japan.
What this "smart" city really lacks is a radically new technology no one else thought about possible. But this kind of break-through will certainly not come from Japan. It's a simple repackaging of known technology.

The Japanese gets more screwed as their savings are like dead fish. Any American / European with a lower saving rate than a Japanese is better off on the long run.
No wonder I put all my money to Europe where my money brings at least 3% of interest.
