This is just starting. In Argentina, where the influenza hit hard between June and August, all schools closed for 2 weeks after winter vacations (totaling 1 month). I expect a similar thing to happen here in December-January.

This is a very bad way to measure poverty. Poverty is not related to what others earn, but with purchasing (in)capacity. Measuring with median income can be a measure of inequality, but not of poverty.

They just rate excellence, not price. There are many people who dont care paying ridiculous money to get a bed, so for them, this might be a useful information.
