black tie affair hit the nail on the head !as for the other posts , it is easy to profile and that may be wrong..... however , if for example the majority of the know crime is being committed by a certain ethnic group, what is the system to do. not sure about Japan but in my little city in the usa about 95% of the murder , assault, robbery is being committed by black men. I rest my case
