jeanmarie, you are still MISSING THE POINT. what he did for olivia newton john (ahahahahahaha) or Neyo means diddly squat. he has a mixy page? oooooooh where did I leave my pom-poms? he is popular in Japan because he plays a role that does nothing but enforce lame stereotypes about foreigners and gays. I dont want to hear how some media whore is 'breaking new ground' and 'giving gays a voice' when he is blatantly sliding into the mould that was waiting for him before he was born. its boring

I think you missed the point. the point being that if he spoke perfect Japanese he would get anywhere near a TV camera. the charm as Japanese see it is the foreigner trying hard and fumbling
