What a stupid article. This person has way too much 'Fortean' on his mind.... a term I'm willing to bet 99.999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% of the rest of the world has never heard

when CB Liddel writes about 'real' Japan he gets ridiculed on JT, when he writes about the mythical side to Japanese culture and history he gets more of the same. what do you suggest he write about next to please your fickle tastes? as for 99.99 blah blah%...the article mentions Fortean 7 or 8 times, anyone interested can google, or not as they choose, maybe some of that 99.blahblah will be interested in it.

it is a shame that for years Japan's main focus on all international policy has been the abduction issue (and occasionally a few piddly islands that no-one lives on). no they shouldnt be forgotten or ignored but there are FAR more pressing issues in Japan now that affect THOUSANDS more people EVERYDAY. not that the govt will ever do anything other than guts poses and blow hot air about the future.

this country is really going to the dogs. dont give me all the "these crimes happen in every country " line either. I know that. the point is they didnt happen on a daily basis in Japan until fairly recently. why? I dont know

why are you saying "i agree with you, its a bad question, scraping the barrel" etc... then going on to answer the question with all the usual stereotypes you usually rant against?

as they say imitation is the most sincerest form of flattery. Shoot there are probably so many copyright violations round those parts it's useless to fight them.

yeah, copycat crimes eh? let's just forget them all. probably so many people driving without seatbelts all the world, underage kids drinking, shoplifting, corporate crime etc..all rife. why stop any of them?

Western women who try to tangle with these contraptions, which are trickier than a sanitary towel to apply and clearly designed for a lighter flow of perspiration, might find they’ve soaked up their sweat pad before they’ve even started.

i.e. they mean to say western women are too fat and too indelicate to even attempt to try this product. nice marketing angle
