This is not surprising. Everything comes in 'manga' format in Japan. My car owner's manual is a 'manga', complete with Doraemon-like characters standing over an overheated car scratching their heads. Though, as Twenty4Play suggested, it reminds me of leaflet dropping during wartime.

A neighbour of mine had this happen to him once, flooring the accelerator pedal rather than the break and rear-ending a car on the motorway. The accident was what finally prompted a more thorough investigation of him by doctors: they found a brain tumour.

How dreadful!

Most parents of babies born so close in age (in this case, born 9 months apart) experience extreme stress and sleep deprivation, but they push through the difficult times and would *****never***** harm their babies.

This is so sickening and sad.

I've seen many Japanese children running through restaurants, climbing chairs and being extremely loud while their parents did nothing. On the other hand, I saw a 10 year old girl get smart with her mother at the Supa and the mother back-handed her right there at the check-out in plain…
