GM foods for me and mine? No ta!
For the Chinese? OK! I don't care about them. If they are aware of the risks and want to take them then fine.

I think he is right. TV, computer games and DVDs are harmful to humans and especially children.
If children watch a screen then they are using their senses in a highly focused way. Their ears and eyes especially will not be able to differentiate where sights and sounds are coming from accurately if all they've had to practise on is a box with flat pictures which emits sound.
And on top of this the TV is effectively an electronic baby-sitter. An awake and aware child will have brain waves which can be measured in the 'beta' range. But when he/she is perched in front of a TV his brain will very rapidly change to an 'alpha' state. This is a sedated state. It is not unlike hypnotism that it is applied unknowingly.
My kids have never lived in a house where there is a TV. I won't allow it. Neither do they get computer games. My kids do other stuff like drawing, reading and playing with lego-type toys when the weather is bad, and they are outside on their bikes or making hidey-holes in the woods when the weather isn't bad. (But mostly fighting and squabbling).
Teach your TV to fly and turn your computer games into frisbees or something. Life without TV is great!

The pill is available for those women who want it. Though it eventually messes her hormones up and makes her 'boyish.'
Giving up a professional career? What did you have in mind? Isn't it more the case that the women are forced to work. I know of lots of ladies who wish they could get married and have kids and be a housewife rather than working outside. I know of more of this type than the type who want a professional career indefinitely. - And it is a matter of either and not both.
I see little kids abusing their mothers and I always think If I were the father and I knew about it the little brat would soon mend his ways. - My kids wouldn't dream of doing that.
It's so sad to see little toddlers crying because they want to be at home in familiar surroundings with their family and things rather than carted-off to a nursery or a kindergarten because the mother is forced to work outside the home. It's difficut for the little ones to understand that they are basically in-the-way as far as society is concerned, though they are of course loved as a member of the family.
Having kids is something which needs a mother at home in my opinion. But society has been engineered so that the children are more and more influenced by politics which wish to assume the role of parent and the biological parents are seen merely as people who feed and cloth them and raise them for the government.

The prostitution and the rest of the slave-trade in the UK (as elsewhere) is entirely kosher based on what there is available to peruse.
Thus, any attempt to curb the sex-trade will be window-dressing by necessity as the organisers are incumbant in the most senior and influential positions in UK politics.

I'm surprised as I find it hard to believe that there are many people who still want to go to the US.
I think I'd rather gargle with battery acid than go to that wreck of a nation.
What a waste of a perfectly good country.

So some people would like a non-Japanese PM? One like O-bama? One who is an infant as far as politicians go, and one who has a criminal history? One who will sabotage the traditonal strengths of the nation who has openly stated his disdain for the racial majority (his hosts)? In a way you do have an O-bama. He's just like the rest of the talking heads with pre-written speeches which answers to no one but the money-men. Aso, like his predecessors is merely another hired hand for the same crowd who dictate the proceedings in the States and elsewhere where once there was relative peace and prosperity, in nations which had striven to maintain their own cultures and ways until infiltrated and compromnised. Japan's Obama? So far Obama has been revealed as a liar, who is a Muslim, and one with a very shady past. He is also a Marxist who is openly racist. Is this what you'd like to have? I'd prefer to have the devil I know than the Devil I don't in this type of situation. In fact one reason I like living here in Japan is that tried and trusted ways are still adhered to. I also suspect that the Japanese political establishment contains large numbers of people who actually make an effort to support their electorate and the population first instead of non-Japanese. I sure wish my country looked after its own people instead of pandering to the whims of ingrates and aliens with nothing but contempt for the Brits.

One wonders whether the natural father would have been so violent to the girl? I surmise not.
