    My wife and son were vaccinated last week and the local children's clinic has been doing vaccinations for a couple of weeks. Talking to other parents of infants at work it is the same where they live (Tokyo / Yokohama area).

    One guy in our office took just over 3 hours from Shinagawa to Kanda (would have been faster to walk).

    I was lucky. My usual 35 minute trip took only 40 minutes.
