  jerseyboy - in Japan the official registration of the marriage and the wedding ceremony are totally unrelated. Going by the article they have registered at the local town office but the ceremony will be later. Very common - did that myself as well.

  lipscombe ... from the report above, of 69 tests there are 2 positives and 67 unknowns. The way it is written implies that the other 67 were negative but it is not actually stated.
