Give the guy a break , he come up against a very dangaerous benoit paire who has won a couple of challengers recently and his ranking doesn't really reflect it.. As for Kei he's not going to sweat it over, he already has two 500 titles for the year , and reached the final in Acapulco against ferrer, got to remember there are many great tennis players who have never won a major, Berdych ,Tsonga, Gasquet , Ferrer, just to name a few, Kei will win one soon, everyone is focused on his ranking, win matches and ranking points take care of themselves, atleast his fresh for the asian swing now where he can defend his Rakuten open 500 title..

Perhaps a "responsible service of alcohol" program and or training, could be introduced as it has been in Australia for many years,
I don't know exactly to what extent in Japan that would work, but they could give it a go and see how the results are i one year...

He puts Australian tennis to shame , he has to get that bogan attitude out of himself, and just let the raquet do the talking,
Hopefully this fine will make him realize how to play tennis with dignity and respect for your opponent.. not too mention all the other young kids looking up to these players..

"you sort of walk away empty handed" federer said,
In my book 960,000 Euros isn!t exactly empty handed..
Anyway federer doesn't have to prove himself, he has won everything there is to win in tennis...

"The greatest female tennis player who has ever played!!??? C'mon guys really
That title belongs to the ever great Martina Navratilova,
!8 grandslam singles titles , 31 Major womens doubles titles,10 major mixed titles,
167 singles titles, 177 doubles titles, has a career grandslam in all possible categories, singles, doubles and mixed,
plus she served and volleyed, a lot more exciting than the womens game today, big runts from the back of the court,
anyway that's just my opinion...

Yep that sounds about right, They get exactly the same amount of prize money as the men, they play the best of three sets, as to the best of 5 sets for the men, plus they get the heat break!!! They want the same as the ATP but not willing to go through what the men do....

I try and book a night flight, preferebly a seat toward the rear of the aircraft but not too far back , because of turbulance, and of course away fron the crib seats, along with that, a couple of beers , my headphones and a good movie or book...
Posted in: Modern air travel has become increasingly unpleasant as airlines continue to shrink seat sizes to fit more passengers on board, especially in economy class. What do you do to make your flight more bearable?

good to watch, Football, but a good game of football where the stakes are high, eg an EPL game or a champions league match, also Tennis ATP, not WTA, has to be on a blue court eg the US open series Australian open etc, can't see the ball properly on the dirt..As for the most boring, cricket and curling.

Personally I have no problem with it, each to their own, but what really does it , is when they have so much of the UV protective clothing on , on a sticky summers day and they say "ATSUI NEHH!!! C'mon Really!!!

He actually trained at the famous Bolliteri academy in florida , where just a few of the other pros have been trained, sharapova , Agassi , courier, just to name a few, he got mentally stronger because he dealt with the real surroundings and training of what it' like to be a tennis pro, plus he is extremely talented and has a great mental game, and received the appropriate guidance.'(winning mentality) If you have the no#1 ranked player and his or her hitting partner ranked #101 having a rally, or doing some warm up drills, you will not see any difference on terms of their respective level, but take that into a competition or major tournament the whole game changes. at this pro level 80% mental 20% physical...That's why in the last 10 years only wawrinka and delpotro have won a slam except the big 4..
