whats even worse than the cell phone use is that the driver was drunk. this is now being reported here in the states. driving drunk with young children in the car. is beyond using the cell phone. this is un speakable of a crime.

I have seen video of these riders (women also ride and shoot). you have to not only have riding skills but able to aim and shoot at a full gallop.
