Sadly they commit this when theyre on the piss and its late at night. I am often on the street or in a cab after 11. You definitely see a lot of potential thugs crawling this city. Osaka needs a Batman or the streets cleaned up and cab windows put in. 5 violent taxi crimes over the past few weeks is sick... at least for Japan.

Classic living fast and wannabe-a-name case. She died alone or may have OD'd and the guy or girl split and kept hush. I have noticed in all these years money makes the Japanese different from other Japanese. Most of the 33000 suicides has something to do with money. As in any culture, being rich and popular are somes goals of success. I think this woman wanted the endless fame and the circle cut her off. To me, she was a depressed delusional head case. She should of just left Japan and said f*&^% it and led a humble life elsewhere. Most good women want a family and I read that 90% of men here will not marry a previous porn player.

Yep media does my head in. Its like constant report of murders and bizarre crimes. The 7-11 next to my place was knocked over, tons of atm swidles at our bank and a few hit and run deaths outside my apt over the years. I think its safe to say Japan has changed a fair bit. As for the safe areas and countryside guys, safe as hell. Anyway I agree about the plastic shield for cabbies here. Nutters are global, agreed. Wife keeps telling me to look the other way and stop reading Japanese news. Scared, well more like concerned for my kid.

I do know they tick a lot of people off with their 'do it in a group' mentality. Sure enough I see bus loads of Chinese and Korean at Osaka Park. New money for them. Anyway have fun in line kids and be careful in HK, Oz, and Singapore... They actually impose fines for smoking (zones) and the dirty stuff you do daily.

I have noticed with lower class Japanese parents in their teens 20s or even 30s these cases seem to be on the rise. I can think of at least a dozen cases over the last year. One guy put his kid under a futon and sat on him for hours till dead. Their lives seem to take first priority over the kids. Socially and even their phones. This is after years of reading and living here... To me its not uncommon to see a guy like this hit a 1 yr old from a culture which now lacks discipline and basic human communication skills. I have a 1yr old and their heads are still very much growing from the first day. Something tells me these skanks will get away with it as they often do, suspened sentences.
