    This thing is overblown.

    Toyota still makes great cars.

In the big picture of things, Toyota will be just fine...yes, even with a recall.

Just my opinion, but overall, Japan makes much better cars than America.

The Japanese auot industry will be just fine.

Obviously the world can decide who should and should not have these weapons. We aren't 5th grade teachers handing out toys and making sure everyone or no one gets one.

The country that should have the most say is Iran itself, not America. Its quite arrogant of America to tell governments they can not have nuclear weapons while....well, you know the rest.

Medieval I think you missed the acronym UN not US followed by the word sanctions. Anyway any country that had an "Islamic Revolution" starting by violating the sovereignty of another country's Embassy with violence and holding captives for 444 days well just isn't responsibly stable enough to trust with this technology. I can see it. The UN can see it. But liberals just can't see it. Don't worry Sabi, one day your type will be able to start something that will end the world. You'll end up getting all us infidels.

    The UN is a joke.

As for your views on Iran, I actually agree. But, it is not grounds to tell who and who should not have these weapons. As time goes on it will be a moot point anyway.

Would it likewise be 'ok' for the US to withhold from Iran medicine, medical technology and technical expertise in the event of a Chernobyl-type meltdown?

That is up to the individual government to decide.

Based on this recallcertainly but also falling JD Power and CR initial quality results.

Recalls happen. Toyota has a pretty good record. In the big picture of things, Toyota is going to be just fine.

Whether the US likes it or not...if it's ok for the US to have nuclear warhead capability, it is ok for other countries to as well.

Toyota's reputation for quality is a legacy more than a current reality.

    Based on what?

    Much to do about nothing.

If the worker isn't doing their job, follow the course of disciplinary procedures until they are fired. Then hire someone else who will do their job.

If the worker isn't happy with their job, quit. Then find a job you are happy with.

There is also a version for women where the men serve as butler. Hence in Japan objectification goes both ways.

Your aren't actually implying it is 50/50 are you? That would be pretty silly.

The US military should leave Japan and let Japan build and maintain its own military. Stop holding Japans hand and let them take responsibility for themselves.

Wow. Talk about lame reporting. If this is the quality of 'news' that people will be expected to pay for... Sign me up! Next: Elvis spotted on Mars! Dog with two heads barks Biblical verses! JapanToday, you've hit a new low. Also a mis-copied typo: Hikdeaki Ito, 34. Too many ks, I think.

I love it when people mock a story for how irrelevant it is...but yet take the time to post their displeasure with it.

If you dont like it, dont post a comment about it. Better yet, dont click on the link to begin with.
