    Wow!! Very ghetto like behavior. The mother and the boyfriend are unemployed. Which means they have alot of free time abusing the child. Children cry when they are not properly fed or properly loved and cared for. If she is not charged now. She (should be) will be charged in the future. She shouldn't have children. I hope the government steps in and have custody of the child. My friend observe this situation all the time. She is a nursery school teacher. She always see this type of behavior. Ghetto people having ghetto children.Usually the ghetto woman is a baby making machine. Never using proper protection from having babies. My friend told me she has a student that is abused constantly with cigarettes and has burns on his back. The mother has 8 children. These types need to stop having children.

    Yes, but bar owners know who has a car who doesn't. But bar owners really care about one thing "the money". Not who drank 9 shots of whiskey. Who drank 10 shots of saki !!!

    I don't know about Honshu but when I was stationed 14 years ago in Kyushu. At every rest stop they would have pictures of highway car accidents. And they have one message. "You Should Wear Your Seat Belt " in kanji. That campaign worked in Kyushu. I think they should have a billboard sign that has pictures of car crashes and a bloody scene. This will make some drives buck up. Plus it will scare the children to buckle up !!!!

    Let them self-destruct. They had more than ample time to change the cars to hybrids or advanced technology to create an electric motor. There are alot of backyard inventors who can change the dependency on foreign oil.

    The big 3 needs to be taken apart, de-greased,and reassembled again. Just like an engine. The big three needs a wake up call. They have patients to improve car mileage, they probable have a patient on an electric motor/car the can go 225 mph. I really do not have sympathy for these companies. They have been stealing small people inventions for decades. There is a movie coming about the man that made the "first automatic winshield wiper". The things this man went through. They have a patient on a car battery that never needs charging/replacement. You never see these inventions or here about these people inventing stuff so we won't be dependent on oil. An electronic car is not far from being made. The big three just doesn't want to sell it. Oil Corporations and the big three are destroying the enviroment. Ohh I gotta go to work. Peace !!!!

    Spraying pepper spray on a moving train (say shinkansen) would be dangerous to babies,old people and people suffering from asthma. Babies couldn't breath, you'll have pandemonium on the trains. But I have seen alot of weird,drunk,perverts,all types on the early morning trains. So, women have you Pep Spray handy.

    When I am out on the road. I usually see the mother and the newborn baby /child. The baby is always on the mothers lap, no seatbelt, nada. Or sometimes I see the baby or child playing jumping around in the front passenger seat like pee-wee's playhouse. If they can't control the kid in a grocery store how are they supposed to control this kid in a car ? You never know, probably this kid was hyper or a spoiled brat.

    In Japan, news about rape is never on the news. Unless it is very high profile or gajin person. But rapes happens around the world everyday & every hour. Women,boys,girls and especially men get raped. JR must have alot of serious problems with rape and assaults from stalkers. Stalkers/ Rapists usually stalk their prey at night or early morning hours. The victims can actually sue JR Trains for not providing employee security. But JR probably pay them off or lay them off or place a gag order on the victims. If I was the victims I would set up a class action lawsuit.I was in the military and I used to be in a Private Security Firm. I used to walk female employees to their car. I do not know why they won't do that ????? Why don't they have alstok or a security firm to protect their own employees. Sometimes pepper spray doesn't help prevent assaults. Sometimes the women is surprised or has no time to react.

    Yes, Brazilians robbing Brazilians. Sounds like an inside job too me. Probably a family friends. Christmas shopping is right around the corner. In North & South America it's a popular season bank, ATM, kidnapping, home invasion, Salvation Army fake Santas robberies. It brings out the best in people.

    Killing whales on a full stomach is downright absurd. When I was a English Teacher a few years ago,some schools serve whale meat as an traditional meal during school lunch. From my observation alot of the students didn't eat whale meat. I say about 80% put the whale meat back on the food tray. I didn't eat the whale meat either because of my stance on whales and plus stories of High Mercury percentage in the whale meat. The parents & PTA wanted the students to enjoy whale meat,whale meat was apart of the lunch menu long time ago when the student's parents were going to school. I protest killing whales.

    Wow!!! He's not funny. I saw the program too. All the people around the comedian was looking at him like he was crazy at the rally!!!! He got a tan or something. That's not his orginal skin color. Japan better be careful. The world is watching Japan. You don't want the black face coming out!!! Be careful !!!! This can come right back at you.

    "What kind of game is this anyway ?".

    It was the stupid kind of games kids play all over the world. On top of that input the "batsu" (punishment) games which are commonly played in Japan and it's easy to see this kind of outcome. To: Betting ---Yes, I say this again !!! "What kind of game is this anyway." I never smoothered my friends using sand when I was 13 years old. Hahaha !!! What kind of games did you play when your were a child ? Sorry when I was thirteen years old. I was talking to girls getting their phone number.

    Everybody can't drink from the same straw. People have different ideologies and beliefs. Democracy works for only some countries. Cuban people really wanted to change the system they would have revolted years ago. I support stem cell research on diseases only. Not making a person "Super Human " or " designer baby " !!! Who knows stem cell research can save the world or destroy the human race. But at least we should try to research it to cure AIDS and other diseases.
