I can imagine Nishimura's source of such info, late night drunk session with Yaks. But it would be tough to cite that.

"BluescriptMAY. 10, 2013 - 07:08PM JST Papigiulio, thanks for the link. But section 2 described rules (guidelines?) for pedestrians. Lower down, section 4 describes the rules for autos; and 4.8 states: Pedestrians crossing the street at a crosswalk have right-of-way. Always be sure to check for pedestrians crossing the street. If there are any, be sure to stop and wait for them.
So cars should stop. I agree that many (most?) do not. Cops should enforce this law."
I don't understand why this would get any thumbs down. It is not only the law, it is common sense.

Just so. Having lived in Europe, I watched many children become fluent in 3, 4, 5 languages at an early age, no problem.

"Chuck it into..."
Huh? I was hoping to see language that is understandable. Is this a technical term that I missed the boat on?

If you had gone outside and tested the wind, you could have easily understood that this cloud could not have come from China.

Reading the headline, I imagined a 15- or 16-year-old. 19 is hardly youth, and definitely should be adult.

Notice a pattern here--the countries that were victims of J-aggression are all pushing back, Russia, Koreas, China, Taiwan. The worm turns.
