'net cafe refugees' ...just a fancy name for 'homeless people'
I don't think so. From my point of view, the net cafe refugees struggle to get a job especially because they don't have a place to live. Most homeless people just simply don't want to work.
Im pretty interested in this news, not like some people seems to be.

Improving on her dancing and singing. At least she's doing something that could improve her career.
I'm a bit surprised that she's learning crumping style of dance. Wierd.
I have the same thing on my mind as rajakumar stated above.
I wonder what kind of things these people go through before committing these crimes. Maybe they could of been prevented. Theres gotta be a way to help them somehow...

I don't see any problem with the "I love my school" thing since its probably meant in a "Thank you" way. But..
Where was his parents? I mean it was his graduation day right? There's clearly some problem with the parents.
