    I don't think it should be pointed out, but it appears many people here are having difficulty understanding the article.

    The officers were not mobilized over a purse snatching. They were mobilized because they had reckless culprits who obviously don't care about public safety.

    These are good foods, but worthless if eaten incorrectly or overly cooked.

    Some tips for eating healthy:

    stay raw as possible. This is why Japan's diet is "so good." Raw food has enzymes that help it digest in our system. If we cook food and destroy their natural enzymes, it's up to our body to supply our own enzymes to digest the foods. When we deplete our enzymes, we start to have degenerative diseases.

    As for Israel attacking pre-emptively, the problem is that they have an intelligence (no, not IQ) that is known to be deceptive; i.e., they'll make up any intelligence that will provide a reason to attack and the west will gobble it up. The truth is that there is no valid reason to attack Iran.

    Suu Kyi has yet to see her goals comes to fruition, but nobody would say that she didn't deserve the prize, right?

    This is a Peace Prize, not a literature prize. The Peace Prize is awarded based on the efforts one makes. Writing a novel is something usually done by one person. Maybe a team finds a cure to a disease. However, actually world peace is something we all must work for together. The prize is awarded to the person who can unite and inspire people. In this light, Obama has justly received this award.

    I'm going to guess that the children would probably prefer to live in Japan. It's terrible for children to have to choose a parent, but in this case I think the best way to solve it is to grant the children dual citizenship until 20 and let them choose where to grow up.

    What needs to be remembered is the Afghanistan of the late 90s under Taliban rule. Sometimes, news of public executions of women got out. Their crime? Showing a wrist in public.

    I'm as liberal a person as you can be. However, I always hoped that something would be done in Afghanistan. The Taliban are terrible people who don't respect human rights. In their eyes, they believe that they do the right thing. Killing innocent women.

    I blame Nagano for getting the Olympics in 1998. I also blame Atlanta for 1996 and Barcelona for 1996. For these reasons Japan, the US and Spain did not get the Olympics AGAIN.
