NetNinja, mental disorder is not a conspiracy. If the signs are recolonized these kinds of incidents can be prevented.
What Japam needs to do is change its insurance program so that people can receive mental health without the records of their treatment available to anyone who isn't a doctor.

But they do amplify violent tendencies in some people.
Is there a possibility that violent video games influenced this child's behavior. Yes.
