Most likely fans in California and Hawaii, maybe a bit in New York. I think her fans are more tied to Japanese Ex-Pats in the US. Idol singers generally don't register well with Cosplay Otaku (nerds), at least not in the way that they do in Japan.

Some of the best Airline clubs are in NRT. Northwest's World Clubs are fantastic. The JAL first class clubs have private security lines to get air side.
Making connections used to be okay before the flu scare made airport officials crazy.

The US is simply too big for a real nation wide network. But you could have several regional networks that could compete against short distance air routes. Let's of potential on the east coast, a Midwest network hubbed out of Chicago and California.
