Good one, #Burakumin! Let me guess, a nasty pachinko habit is to blame? I`m astounded/dumbfounded how careless people are with their bags/purses having ¥20,000 to 80,000 in them.

Burakumin:
Rest in Peace to the Korean and Japanese civilian women and children of these horrible bombs. YES! And probably others from the "empire," such as Taiwanese. Anyway, it`s an incredible photo to find in an elementary school so many years later.

Oh, poor Saitama! I lived there for 4 years, and now I live a 10 minute walk from the border with Tokyo. Like any suburb, me thinks plenty of people moved there from the countryside, and their kids grow up without any roots, community/extended family guidance/pressure. It gets a bad rep, but with 1 or 2 crime stories a week, I guess it`s deserved.
